Kreischer Miller continues to prosper and grow! With approximately 200 team members located in Horsham, PA, we are currently seeking to add an Audit Staff specifically to work in our Investment Industry Group.


The firm’s Investment Industry Group offers three broad areas of support to Investment Managers and Institutional Investors through its fully dedicated, diverse base of professionals:

  • Compliance and Consulting needs of Investment Managers, including typical audit and tax related services for investment managers, broker/dealers, and investment funds (equity, fixed, hedge fund, alternative, etc),
  • Investment performance reporting (including GIPS verifications and examinations),
  • Business Risk Assessments (Due Diligence Reviews) through uniquely structured products that target the key internal controls of Investment Managers, which are of paramount importance to Institutional Investors.



Audit Staff are given a wide variety of diversified audit and accounting assignments under the supervision of talented CPA’s. At Kreischer Miller, you will have the opportunity to work with sophisticated investment managers (across the country and even internationally), their support teams, and institutional investors.  

  • Learn and apply the basics of the daily technology used in our Audit & Accounting department and the Investment Industry.
  • Assist Senior Accountants with tasks such as mailing client confirmations, updating internal controls, and preparing valuation schedules using our own Bloomberg terminal.
  • Prepare basic work papers in Excel to test client accounts such as cash, prepaid expenses, accrued expenses, and fixed assets.  Prepare work papers in Excel for investment testing, investment income reconciliations, and gain/loss recomputations.
  • Learn what makes an investment manager successful and gain valuable knowledge in the process.
  • Support Senior Accountants, Managers, and Directors in the Investment Industry Group.


  • BS in Accounting. Resumes without GPA will not be considered. Please include graduation date and the number of credits expected upon graduation. Candidates must have 150 credits prior to starting with the firm. A transcript is also requested. If you have credits at more than one school, please obtain all school transcripts.
