    The firm’s Technology Solutions Group is an entrepreneurially driven, solution agnostic practice focused on assisting middle market clients with evaluating their IT System needs.  We also assist them with selecting and implementing best-fit solutions ranging from the latest in cloud financial applications to cyber and information security solutions.  Our team provides IT enabled business solutions by leveraging leading technologies in a customer savvy and energetic fashion.


    Our clients are heavily dependent on their IT systems to support their business processes. They are faced with pressures and challenges to provide a secure and reliable system to ensure an effective level of business continuity. You will lead efforts in identifying middle market project opportunities in the region focused on assisting organizations to achieve an increased level of cyber and information security readiness.


    Kreischer Miller continues to prosper and grow!  With approximately 200 team members located in Horsham, PA, we are currently seeking to add a Technology New Business Account Executive to our outstanding team.



    • You are creative and energetic in developing effective lead generation strategies to create your prospect pipeline.
    • You are research oriented for studying local middle market companies and search for those that fit our solution offerings.
    • You are social and enjoy talking to people. Able to telephone prospects and cold call on business owners, IT directors, and C-level executives.
    • You are enthusiastic to learn about the latest cyber, information security, and related financial system developments and solutions that could enable middle market firms in the region to grow and prosper.
    • You would like to be part of a leading team with a highly recognized brand and an impressive set of solution offerings that offer excellent career and earnings growth.


    • 5 – 10 years of technology-related solution sales to middle market companies in the region
    • Ability to learn and articulate latest technology trends in a business oriented fashion
    • Highly organized and disciplined in prospecting, lead management and staying in contact with key account stakeholders in pre and post sales
    • Strong business interaction, presentation and communication skills
    • Possess a positive attitude, good communication skills, and a willingness to learn
    • Strong commitment to excellence, client service and professional growth
    • The ability to work independently and proactively, identify issues as well as offer potential solutions
    • A strong ability to understand the “big picture” quickly, identify key issues, and prioritize analysis / output among many competing tasks
    • Entrepreneurial mindset and client focused
    • Bachelor's degree in business or related field
