    Kreischer Miller continues to prosper and grow! With approximately 200 team members located in Horsham, PA, we are currently seeking to add an Administrative Assistant to our team.


    Administrative Assistants provide excellent client service and administrative support of considerable difficulty to all levels while adhering to Kreischer Miller’s professional format. Responsibilities include:

    • Prioritize workload and communicate with all professionals on work expectations
    • Plan and schedule meetings, presentations and other office related events. Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, memos, and emails. Prepare outgoing mail and packages.
    • Support professional and administrative staff with general operational tasks.
    • Maintain files, correspondence and other records.
    • Maintain control files of matters in progress.
    • Prepare PowerPoint proposals, including scanning and saving client logos, and binding them for presentation.
    • Make travel arrangements and reservations.
    • Put together marketing packets as requested by Director or Manager, printing appropriate inserts and binding, as needed.
    • Answer phones in a professional manner and direct calls to appropriate persons or take detailed messages. May provide backup for the Receptionist.
    • Provide administrative support to other departments in the Firm as needed.
    • Monitor office supplies; order and restock as needed.




    • High School diploma required.
    • Minimum of 2-3 years administrative experience.  
    • Possess a positive attitude, good communication skills and willingness to learn
    • Strong commitment to excellence, client service and professional growth
    • The ability to work independently and proactively, identifying issues as well as offering potential solutions
    • Strong proofreading skills and knowledge of proper use of grammar, punctuation and spelling are essential.  
    • Be a team player and motivated to work in a fast paced environment
    • Proficiency in the use of computers and software programs, including Microsoft Office Suite. 
    • Ability to prioritize workload, and communicate with all professionals on work expectations, including executing assignments of a confidential nature; maintain confidentiality.
