Kreischer Miller continues to prosper and grow! With approximately 250 team members located in Horsham, PA, we are currently seeking to add an ERP & IT Systems Advisory - Senior Consultant to our outstanding team.

Having the passion and ability to be continuously learning about latest middle market IT trends enabling digital transformation and protection for middle market organizations in the region.  

Responsibilities will include:

• Ability to interact with C-level executives to understand their business objectives and challenges and assist with developing an effective IT Roadmap. 
• Ability to conduct evaluation of client IT systems and resources, ERP capabilities, cyber/information privacy practices and provide improvement and risk mitigation strategies.
• Participate with other team members in various educational and business development related activities such as writing articles, conducting webinars, and developing proposals.

The ideal candidate will have the following capabilities:

• 10-15 years relevant professional experience in IT management, IT/ERP related evaluations and implementations with a heavy emphasis on middle market environments.
• Strong understanding of latest IT and cyber related trends and solutions.
• Strong understanding of key concepts, processes, and features within leading middle market ERP applications such as Dynamics, NetSuite, Sage or similar middle market products.
• Strong organizational, communication, project and priority management skills are critical.
• Familiarity with client advisory and engagement management in a consulting environment are major advantages.
• Possess a positive attitude, a strong commitment to business development, client service and professional growth.
• The ability to work independently and proactively, identifying issues as well as offering potential solutions.
• Ability to participate and lead in local professional and business-related societies and events.
• Must reside in the Greater Philadelphia/Delaware Valley region.
